By accessing this Amanya Design School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.



2. Use License

Anna Brewin and Amanya Design has had the Intellectual Property content checked by the date stated by trained Intellectual Property professionals, and the content of the File Types and Sizes checked by professionals and are not liable for any losses or infringements due to actions taken (or not taken) based on these recommendations; or any advice or help given by the third parties included in the content.
